As a valued client, we wanted to update you on the steps Elite Creativity are taking to help minimise the spread of coronavirus, COVID-19. We are continuing to follow and monitor official guidance from the UK Government and Public Health England carefully.
Staying active on our campaigns, maintaining our subscription services and relationships is an important part of your business prospering and us both succeeding together. To help combat the spread of coronavirus, we have been putting precautionary safety measures in place across operations hosted and attended by Elite Creativity, including:
- Educating our staff on prevention - Emphasising frequent hand washing - Insisting that staff currently on holiday, self isolate for 14 days before returning to work - Staff developing a temperature and continuous cough will self isolate for 7 days
Depending on any increase that may occur over the coming weeks, we will be moving the majority amount of meetings to a 45 minute video & screen sharing session via zoom.com - effected clients, customers and prospects will be contacted and sent a login link via email.
We are continuing to support all our clients throughout this difficult time. We are opening our support line +44 (0) 7469 932841, to the usual Monday-Friday between 9am-6pm and now temporarily opening Saturday & Sunday between the hours of 10am-2pm. Email's and similar contact options will also be answered throughout those hours.
If you aren't feeling well or are showing even slight symptoms, we respectfully request that you notify us and re-arrange to another meeting within at least 7 days of self isolation.
